New Beginnings and The First Useless Token
It all kinda started with an Oh Geez (useless history lesson)
OH-GEEZ is a social token created by our supreme leader (LevX) that was initially airdropped to 333 people having a total supply of 333 tokens in an initial discord offering where each person received 1 OH-GEEZ token. Originally the only use case of the token was that it allowed people to claim a colorful role inside of our discord known as "Oh..Geez" to claim status as a "LevX Morty" shortly after it was airdropped to the initial 333 LevX discord members. This, shortly after the OH-GEEZ token offering occurred, allowed them to be the first people/Mortys to be involved with LevX as a DAO. During the early stages of the discord after a few proposals and changes made by The Dictator had been completed it was decided voting will take place through the OH-GEEZ/ETH v2 sushi LP token on SushiSwap as a pre-cursor voting utility heading towards the launch of the LEVX token (LevX DAO's governance token, more on this later). Upon some more changes made by the dictator and the DAO's governance proposals, with the goal of involving more people in the DAO, a decrease to the cost of entry was placed at .333 OH-GEEZ for some time and then eventually voted to be decreased further to .111 OH-GEEZ tokens to claim a role in the DAO as an @Oh..Geez. Each @Oh..Geez role takes a portion of the LEVX token initial offerings (snapshot for LEVX taken 11/11/2021 0:00 UTC, for this refer to "airdrop guide" + morty NFTs, snapshot taken 11/1/2021) and solidifies themselves as a LevX Morty with their very own useless Morty NFT (snapshot taken 11/1/2021 so no more Mortys) as long as they hold more than .111 OH-GEEZ tokens and participated in the snapshot for @Oh..Geez.
In the words of The Dictator, "OH-GEEZ was quite an experimental token that literally was worthless. The only utility was to be able to chat in 😵oh-geez then OH-GEEZ LP holders got voting rights. Whole point of minting a small amount of OH-GEEZ was to test if a social token actually works if there's a solid community. It was a proof-of-concept but finally we've made it. This worthless token became a $3,000 asset and there's more buying demand than selling one." (10/15/2021)
